The past couple years I've spent New Years in Honduras so I was a little bummed to not get to be there this year. However, I spent it with almost all of my closest friends in the area who made it pretty fantastic this year. Lots of food, fun and games all night. And I might add, I almost forgot how incredibly amazing my mom's traditional pork dinner is on New Year's Day!
